 Happy Friday!

It was wonderful to see so many amazing families last night for the Meet the Teacher Open House. 

This week students began their look into bar graphs in math, did an in depth review of nouns and verbs in writing and began learning about the different types of waste we have in our world (and our school) in science. Students gave their best smiles on Tuesday for picture day, I cant wait to send the prints home when we receive them!

Please remember that there is no school next Friday September 29th for National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. 

** We are in need of volunteers for our field trips this upcoming year with our first one coming up in October. You will need a police clearance form in order to volunteer. Please email me ASAP if you are able to help us this year!

June 7th

 Grade 4 students this week continued their exploration of important events and places in Alberta. Began their introductory lessons for algebra, and have some more fun doing their evidence writing through our red and green flag activities.  Important Dates Coming Up: -All library books due back this week ASAP! This is extremely important, especially if you will not be at EMJ next year! -Zoo Trip with Buddies June 17th!   Happy Friday Families! We made it through the first two days of the new school year!
