 Happy Last Day of May!

We are now in the home stretch of the year! With only 19 school days left until the final day June 27th. Students this week finished reading James and the Giant Peach, and their matchbook summaries are due next week. Students began talking about the passage of time, and using analog clocks. Grade 4's also set out their presentation schedule for their science presentations this week.


Important Dates Coming Up:

-All library books due back next week ASAP! This is extremely important, especially if you will not be at EMJ next year!

-Last day to order scholastic books is Monday June 3rd!

-Zoo Trip with Buddies June 17th! Forms to come home soon

-National Indigenous People's Day June 21st

-Last day of school June 27th (12:15 dismissal)

-Activity Day June 27th

This week students continued to prepare themselves for Math Stations that will begin after the break, by learning different strategies for addition. June 7th

 Grade 4 students this week continued their exploration of important events and places in Alberta. Began their introductory lessons for algebra, and have some more fun doing their evidence writing through our red and green flag activities.  Important Dates Coming Up: -All library books due back this week ASAP!   Happy Friday Families! We made it through the first two days of the new school year!
